1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used supplements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplement bottles.

• Items purchased from third-party sellers (please contact the seller directly).

• Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email our customer care team at niribtechnology@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

• Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

• Ship the product back to our designated return center.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
